Frequently Asked Questions
What services do you offer?
I offer individual psychotherapy for adults, couples therapy, and specialized services related to trauma, grief, and life transitions. My work is grounded in depth-oriented, existential, and transpersonal approaches, with attention to emotional experience, relational patterns, and questions of meaning and identity.
In addition, I provide psychedelic preparation and integration services, as well as ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) in collaboration with licensed medical providers.
Services may include:
Individual therapy
Couples therapy
Trauma-informed therapy
Grief and loss counseling
Psychedelic preparation and integration
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP)
All services are tailored to the individual, with an emphasis on depth, authenticity, and meaningful change.
What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is an opportunity to begin understanding what brings the client to therapy and what they are hoping for. We will discuss current concerns, relevant history, and begin to explore patterns, meanings, and emotional experiences. There is no pressure to “perform” or have everything figured out—therapy begins wherever the client is.
What is your approach to therapy?
My approach is integrative and depth-oriented, drawing from existential, psychodynamic, and transpersonal perspectives. I am interested not only in symptom relief, but in the deeper patterns, meanings, and experiences that shape a person’s life.
Therapy may involve exploring emotions, relationships, unconscious dynamics, and questions of meaning, identity, and purpose. I also incorporate mindfulness-based and experiential approaches when appropriate.
Do you offer psychedelic-assisted therapy?
I offer psychedelic preparation and integration services, as well as ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) in collaboration with licensed medical providers.
Preparation involves clarifying intentions, understanding potential experiences, and cultivating psychological readiness. Integration focuses on making meaning of the experience and translating insights into lasting change.
I do not provide or prescribe illegal substances.
What kinds of issues do you work with?
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of concerns, including:
Depression and anxiety
Trauma and difficult life experiences
Grief and loss
Relationship and couples concerns
Questions of meaning, identity, and purpose
Life transitions and existential crises
Religious/Spiritual questions or struggles
Many clients I work with are seeking not only relief from distress, but a deeper sense of aliveness and authenticity.
Where are you located and do you offer telehealth?
I am located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I offer both in-person sessions and secure telehealth appointments for clients located in Oklahoma. I may be able to serve those in other states depending on state licensure and reciprocity regulations.
I am not in network with insurance companies. Depending on your plan, your health insurance may cover some or all of the cost of our work together. If you have out-of-network benefits, you’ll receive documentation you can submit for reimbursement. Before our meeting, please contact your insurance provider to ask about reimbursement rates, co-pays, deductibles, or any required pre-authorizations.
What is depth-oriented therapy?
Depth-oriented therapy focuses on underlying patterns, emotional life, and unconscious processes that influence thoughts and behavior. Rather than only addressing surface-level symptoms, it seeks to understand and work with the deeper structures of experience.
